Durieshill Village Proposal

SAAP is pleased to be consulted by Stirling Council on this new development of 3000 homes near Plean. It will be completed over 40 years, by 15 phases of 200 houses, as well as other community buildings.

The first meetings have dealt primarily with streetscape and topography, walking and cycling routes. However we have made early representation that 15% of the house building should be for accessible and lifetime homes.
