Student Accommodation Planning Requests

SAAP has great concern that the most recent plans for two new student dwellings in the city centre are non-compliant with British Standards in terms of disability, far less leading with good practice.

This is a worrying development, particularly as a 50% increase to the present student population in Stirling is envisaged, and there is so little thought given to disabled students, inclusion, and the accessibility of these buildings in general.
