Since July 2017, the Panel has worked hard to highlight the unsatisfactory provision of disabled parking at the Engine Shed. We are also concerned about the poor accessibility for people with hearing and sight impairment. Parking at Stirling Castle
The Panel has highlighted the poor disabled parking access at Stirling Castle to Historic Environment Scotland, via Stephen Kerr MP. We hope it can be improved a little. The outcome is not known as yet.

Changing Places toilets
We have discussed a strategy with Stephen Kerr MP to increase Changing Places in Stirling. Changing Places are necessary for those who cannot use standard accessible toilets. This includes people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, as well as older people.
